Recruitment Consultant £25-35K Basic OTE between £50- 150K in year 2

* Pro-actively source names and opportunities within various companies in the IT industry primarily over the phone.
* Continually develop phone conversations to improve qualification of potential candidates for our clients.
* Pursue qualified candidates to manage client expectation.
* Conduct searches using other methods available in house and online.
* Demonstrate an ability to articulate a sales procedure/process to senior executives in the IT industry and qualify their career achievements and aspirations.
· Self motivate and self plan against long term and daily targets with a “Must Hit” mentality and identify areas to improve and further exceed these targets
· Be comfortable and confident in carrying out sales calls for 90% of the day, every day.
· Maintain an organized manner both in administration of paperwork, emails and company database.
· Seek direction from management as required for complex customer issues.
· Develop and execute creative and innovative methods to influence sales opportunities.
· Engage in a weekly company meetings
· Continually focus and ensure initial planning for long term projects are on course with agreed milestones and demonstrate ownership and accountability to meet these goals throughout.
The role is very firmly results based, with specific short/medium/long term measurable targets agreed, executed and remunerated against.
Achieve and exceed daily and weekly targets ongoing.
A proven track record of on/over target sales achievement in a sales role, experience over the phone is a bonus.
A strong understanding of Microsoft Office and a competent awareness of searching on the internet.
Good team player, gravitas, credibility, well regarded and leads by example.
Self-managed and with a “can-do” attitude.
Ability to work alone
